I give 5 stars for the quality of the work, because Olivia is extremely talented in what she does, and I am more than satisfied with the final work delivered. However, I must admit that I went from very excited to gradually very disappointed when I saw that it took 2 weeks instead of the 2 days initially agreed between us. Not because it took 2 weeks, but because with 60 to 70 pending projects, it's impossible that she could do everything for everyone in less than 2 days and that (...)
